Tunaweza Foundation acknowledges that diverse communities have distinct health needs. The goal is to create comprehensive solutions that address these needs effectively. With that in mind, Tunaweza’s approach uses Holistic Care, Accessible Health care, tailored health interventions, empowering individuals, and community engagement as the guiding light for its efforts.

Tunaweza keeps track of its Inclusive Health efforts through data collection and analysis. The approach involves tracking health outcomes and trends and using evidence to refine strategies. By continuously assessing efforts, we ensure a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Inclusive Entrepreneurship

At Tunaweza Foundation, we acknowledge that inclusive entrepreneurship goes beyond traditional business practices. It's about creating an ecosystem where all individuals, regardless of gender, age, ability, or socioeconomic status, have equal access to opportunities and resources to start and grow their businesses. Our approach is characterised by tailored training and skill development programs, business support, nurturing a culture of innovation, and advocacy for diversity and inclusion within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Tunaweza works towards this through holistic environmental stewardship, raising environmental awareness, advocacy for environmental policy change, engaging communities and encouraging sustainable innovation.

Tunaweza keeps track of its efforts through data collection and impact assessment to quantify its efforts. The foundation tracks reductions in carbon emissions, improvements in air and water quality, and the preservation of natural habitats. These metrics guide its decisions and ensure that efforts make a tangible difference.

Promoting Disability Awareness for Inclusion and Empowerment

At Tunaweza Foundation, we firmly believe in creating a world where individuals of all abilities are valued, respected, and provided equal opportunities. Our approach revolves around raising awareness about the capabilities of people living with disabilities, accessible communication for people living with different disabilities, collaboration with various disability entities, engaging and promoting accessibility in businesses and institutions and celebrating abilities. Tunaweza Foundation measures its impact by evaluating attitudes, behaviours, and individual perceptions before and after our awareness initiatives. We track changes in perceptions, attitudes toward inclusion, and actions to promote accessibility.

Ambassadorship

Tunaweza Foundation created a way for people to support and be a part of the organization’s efforts. This is through ambassadorship. With this approach, any dedicated person can serve as a representative or spokesperson for the organization on a voluntary basis.

Goodwill ambassadors can support Tunaweza’s efforts by raising awareness about the organization’s mission, vision and activities, participating in advocacy and fundraising in line with the organisation’s mission.
